We are a local family and veteran owned business celebrating 21 years of service in Lynden, Washington and Stanwood, Washington. Our in-house design team, computerized embroidery, screen printing, and engraving enable us to maintain low prices and achieve outstanding results meeting customer timeframes and requirements.

LOVE my [Oyster Run 2020} tank top. Wore it again today, generated interest. I now have another one for a Canadian friend in my shopping cart. He makes it every year. I told him we'll have to at least cruise main street & make a showing of two. Always fits GREAT, nice high quality tops. NO complaints. Hard to find classy women's tanktops (without cutesy little hearts & bunnies & flowers ONLY in pink) (barf) THANKS again!

I have purchased many items from this store over the last year since we moved to Stanwood. The customer service I have received is top-notch. The manager, Lindsay, went above-and-beyond for me in December. The sweatshirt I ordered wouldn't make it in time to give my husband for Christmas, so she embroidered a smaller size she had in stock and allowed me to give that as his gift. Once my size arrived, she alerted me via text to come in and swap it out. This allowed me to have a wrapped present to give for Christmas. It was so thoughtful!!!! Everything we have purchased - many sweatshirts, jackets, sports bags, car decals, etc.- have been excellent quality. We love doing business with a company who values their customers and goes the extra mile. We will continue to purchase all our Spartan gear from Lindsay and her store.

I have been using Hats Off for a few years now for my business. They make patches for our custom POLICE uniforms. Lindsay and Cheryl are very professional and always courteous. I've never had any problems with my orders and they are ALWAYS done on time and have always been accurate. I've used other businesses and had problems with delays and inferior quality-not with Hats Off! I highly recommend this business!
