We love custom orders! With in-house screen printing, embroidery, engraving and more, we can add your logo to just about any item you’d like. Please fill out the form below as completely as possible. This will give us a better idea of what you’re looking for, and we’ll be able to set up a draft proof for you in 1-2 business days with a quote and ideas for your project.
Turnaround Times
Standard turnaround time on most custom orders is 10 production days from proof approval and payment in full. Rush orders available upon request for an additional charge.
Setup Charges
If you have your design in a vectored .eps format, there are no setup charges! .Eps files are typically created in either CorelDRAW or Adobe Illustrator. Please make sure your design is converted to curves/changed to outlines. If you do not have your logo in this format, we can work with just about any file type you have, even a picture of an old item with your design on it! Setup charges are one time only and typically range from $15 to $50. If you do pay a setup charge for your design, this is a one time only charge and we keep your designs on file forever for internal use only at Hats Off.
