Robert ‘Chili’ Hicks retired from the U.S. Navy as a Master Chief Petty Officer in 2006 with 21 years of service.  He spent many years enjoying the rolling seas but now is dry docked.  A service disabled Veteran; he is a dedicated volunteer with the American Legion and mentors transitioning service men and women.  Routinely sought out for speaking engagements, Chili is an impassioned advocate and consultant on the value and diversity that our Veteran’s bring to the workforce and community,  He holds a Bachelor's degree from Columbia College, is SPHR certified and is currently hard at work finishing his Master's degree in Human Resources.
