How long does it generally take to process my order?  Orders are processed immediately and average time to delivery is 7 to 10 days.

Can you use the logo on my business card to print, embroider or engrave products?  Yes, we certainly can.  There is a process to digitize and prepare the file prior to print, embroider or engrave.  The cost for this process can vary depending on the complexity of the logo however this is generally a one time charge of $75.

What type of electronic file do you need for embroidery or engraving?  We process using PC file types.  We can accept any PC file type however the best is a 300 dpi .jpg, .eps, .tiff or .bmp file.

What type of electronic file do you need for custom printing on apparel?  For custom printing we prefer PC vector files from CorelDraw^® (vers. 5 or above) or Adobe Illustrator saved with a .eps extension.  Maximum size of the image should be 11.25" x 14".  Please convert all text to curves prior to sending the file.  Please note that the cost for printing increases with the number of colors used.  Special effects, fades, shadows, shading etc. are not recommended.

• To convert text to curves using CorelDraw®:
  Select all your text and convert it to curves by selecting "Arrange/Convert to Curves". The keyboard shortcut is "Ctrl+Q". You may need to ungroup your design to perform this function, depending on which version of the program you are using.
  • Note: Script typestyles will need to be welded instead of simply converting to curves. See your program user's manual for instructions.

• To convert text to curves using Adobe Illustrator®:
  Select all your text and convert it to curves by selecting "Type/Create Outlines". The keyboard shortcut is "Ctrl+Shift+O".
  You may need to ungroup your design to perform this function.

What type of electronic file do you need for custom printing on ad specialty items (i.e. notepads, coffee mugs, water bottles, etc.)?  We prefer to receive a 300 dpi or greater .eps, .jpg, or .bmp file.

How do I send my artwork file to you?  You can email the file to us at hatsofflynden@cs.com or if you do not have access to a computer you can mail the file to us at 306B Front Street, Lynden, WA 98264.  We accept 3.5" diskettes or CDs.

Is there a deposit required for my order?  Yes, we accept 50% down payment deposit on custom orders.

I'm interested in a particular product that I do not see on your website, does this mean that you don't carry it?  Absolutely not.  The website is not all inclusive.  There are simply too many options to list.  If you don't see what you are looking for or need additional suggestions please feel free to give us a call or email us.  We'd be happy to provide suggestions and discuss options.
