Barbie Jackson was recently employed by Harley-Davidson of Bellingham, where she was General Manager for several years. She is a creative, hard working member of the Hats Off team and mother of two. Her eldest, Corey Jackson, is interested in computer programming while her youngest, Emily Jackson (shown in the picture to the left), is a middle school student striving to become a marine biologist. Barbie loves to cook and create new dishes and looks forward to putting her passion to work and starting her own business.
